In an effort to streamline our processes and decrease the amount of abuse of our program, we have designed a “KWC policy” that we are requiring people to read and follow in order to receive help from our organization.   Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the application.  Failure to comply with each instruction will result in your application being denied.
